One thing we want to do as we travel is to try new food places. So when we noticed that we couldn't go anywhere without seeing a Scooter's Coffee, we wanted to learn more about this chain. So we looked them up and learned that they started in 1998 in Bellevue, Nebraska. It looks like it has really grown throughout Nebraska.
So we made it a point to order some drinks before we left. Josh loves coffee, and it's the fall, so he got a pumpkin spice latte. Since I don't like coffee, I went with a blended chai latte. Even though we skipped it this round, it looked like they had some appetizing sweets as well. Trying local coffee shops will definitely stay on our bucket list.
